I think it's interesting that there are different ideas about the time for advisory. I think Nora's reaction is interesting -- I think it all depends on the quality use of advisory time, which is why the meetings you guys are having with teachers in training are so important! Teacher training mayber should include how to effectively use advisory for improving school culture...And I think you all have defined well how to do that.
